Mark and Fran Garrison are the proud owners of three charming dachshund puppies and an unusually large Great Dane named Brutus. Despite his size, Brutus believes he is a delicate dachshund, which leads to a series of amusing misunderstandings and challenges within the household. As Brutus tries to fit in with the tiny pups, his antics create chaos that disrupts everyday life for the Garrison family.
The situation escalates as the misfit dog’s identity confusion causes increasing mayhem, with the Garrisons struggling to manage the consequences of Brutus’s behavior. Their home becomes the center of uproarious incidents that test the family’s patience and underscore the contrast between Brutus and his dachshund siblings. Throughout the story, the dynamics between the Garrison family, their pets, and various neighbors and officials add to the comedic tension.
