Buster Moon and his talented group of performers aim to launch an ambitious new show at the prestigious Crystal Tower Theater in Redshore City. Without any industry connections, they take a bold step and infiltrate the offices of Crystal Entertainment, where the tough wolf mogul Jimmy Crystal holds all the power. There, they pitch a daring plan to cast Clay Calloway, a legendary lion rock star who has long shunned the spotlight, as the centerpiece of their production.

To make their vision a reality, Buster sets out on a mission to track down Clay Calloway, who now lives in seclusion, and convince him to step back onto the stage. Along the way, the group faces the challenge of pulling together a show that can impress Jimmy Crystal and an audience at the glamorous new venue, testing their creativity and determination.
