In a world where monsters are celebrated athletes competing in high-energy wrestling matches, Winnie dreams of making her mark by stepping into the shoes of her famous coach father. Passionate about the sport, she encounters Rayburn, a large but awkward monster with a lot of heart but little training. Determined to prove that Rayburn can be more than just an underdog, Winnie takes on the challenge of transforming him into a champion capable of dominating the monster wrestling arena.
