Ralph Breaks the Internet (2018)
Ralph, a video game villain, and Vanellope von Schweetz, a spirited racer from the game Sugar Rush, face a crisis when a critical part of Vanellope’s game breaks down. To prevent Sugar Rush from being unplugged, they venture into the vast and unfamiliar world of the internet. Their mission takes them through vibrant, fast-paced digital landscapes filled with pop-up ads, streaming platforms, and online auctions as they search for the elusive replacement item.
In their quest, Ralph and Vanellope encounter a host of internet characters, including Yesss, the savvy and trend-savvy head algorithm of the site BuzzzTube. Navigating this new environment requires the pair to rely on the help of netizens and adapt to unpredictable online cultures and challenges. The journey tests their friendship and courage as they try to save the game and return home.
