Hank, a down-on-his-luck dog, arrives in a village inhabited entirely by cats who are desperately in need of protection. The peaceful community faces a grave threat from Ika Chu, a menacing villain intent on destroying their home. To stand against this danger, Hank must step up despite his doubts and take on the difficult role of the town’s samurai.

Guided reluctantly by Jimbo, a seasoned mentor, Hank begins training to defend the village and rally its inhabitants. Alongside villagers like Emiko and Shogun, Hank confronts the challenge of uniting an unlikely group to face the looming menace. The fate of the cat village rests on this unlikely hero finding courage and strength in time.
