Tia and Tony Malone are orphaned siblings possessing remarkable supernatural abilities. They become the target of Lucas Deranian, who pretends to be their uncle with the secret aim of delivering them into the hands of the ruthless millionaire Aristotle Bolt, who plans to exploit their powers for his own gain. Pursued and in danger, the children seek safety as they navigate a world that does not understand their true nature.
Jason O’Day, a gruff widower dealing with his own personal loss, crosses paths with the siblings and agrees to help them evade their pursuers. Together, they embark on a journey to reach Witch Mountain, a mysterious location that holds significance for Tia and Tony. Along the way, the group faces challenges from those determined to capture the children, while each finds unexpected solace and purpose in the company of the others.
