All Dogs Go to Heaven (1989)
Charlie, a smooth-talking dog who owns a casino, is killed by his jealous rival Carface and finds himself in Heaven. Refusing to accept his fate, Charlie schemes a way to return to Earth, despite a warning that doing so will condemn him to Hell. Once back, he reconnects with his loyal friend Itchy to plan his revenge and reclaim what was taken from him.
On Earth, Charlie’s plans take an unexpected turn when he meets an orphan girl who can communicate with animals. With her unique ability, Charlie gains insider information on the races, using the winnings to fuel his schemes. However, the threat of eternal damnation looms over him as he grapples with the consequences of his return and whether he can prove himself worthy of a second chance.
