George and Harold are two creative and mischievous fourth graders who love pulling pranks at their school, Piqua Elementary. When they hypnotize their strict principal, Mr. Krupp, he becomes the goofy superhero Captain Underpants, complete with a red cape and underwear costume. Their newfound secret creates wild adventures as they try to keep his superhero antics under control while navigating school life.
As chaos ensues, George and Harold must deal with the challenges of managing Captain Underpants’ unpredictable behavior and avoid getting caught by teachers and fellow students. Their efforts to protect their school from unexpected threats bring them face-to-face with unusual villains and hilarious situations that test their friendship and creativity.
