Sure doesn’t look like it, that’s for sure. Looks more like the Aladdin cartoon series from the 90s to me. Most 2000s Disney sequels were done digitally. This one must’ve been in production since probs a year after the original came out. Also, fun fact: TMS did the animation in this one instead of DisneyToon Studios.
