I also appreciate how the artists of this movie included characters with different shades of brown eyes instead of just the typical honey-brown-that’s-light-enough-that-you-can-see-the-pupils-in-every-type-of-lighting eyes that CGI animation studios seem to favor. You have Grug with his honey brown eyes, Thunk with his light grayish-brown eyes, Sandy, with her darker reddish-brown eyes, and Guy with his positively gorgeous practically-black eyes (which is also the first human CGI character that I’ve EVER seen to have eyes that dark). It’s a pretty nitpicky thing, but it makes me happy. Thanks for the stills!
