Seven-year-old Tim is an imaginative boy trying to adjust to a major change in his family: the arrival of a new baby brother who wears a suit, carries a briefcase, and behaves like a tiny boss. The infant quickly proves to be more than just a regular baby, prompting Tim to investigate the mysterious newcomer. Narrated through Tim’s energetic and biased viewpoint, the story captures his struggle to understand the strange world of adults and baby business.
Tim soon discovers that his baby brother, known as the Boss Baby, is on a secret mission that involves a company called Baby Corp, which deals with the supply of love to babies worldwide. As Tim and the Boss Baby cross paths with other quirky characters, including an assortment of babies and adults, the brothers’ relationship begins to develop amid the chaos. The setting toggles between their family home and Baby Corp’s unconventional operations, making for a mix of everyday family life and extraordinary corporate antics.
